Plot:
Sanvi Sampaje (Geetha Bharathi Bhat) finds herself struggling to find a groom, despite her mother's persistent efforts. Reluctantly, she agrees to meet an NRI boy who seems to meet all the criteria. To impress him, she opts to wear her mother’s cherished antique saree but faces a setback when the designer blouse she commissioned from local tailor Chandranna (Sampath Maitreya) doesn’t fit. Determined to seek justice, Sanvi takes Chandranna to consumer court. Can she prevail?
Review:
While Ravike Prasanga delivers sharp one-liners that offer comedic relief, its lengthy runtime of 2 hours and 32 minutes dilutes its impact. Director Santhosh Kodenkeri attempts to incorporate numerous elements into the narrative, but struggles to give each the attention it deserves. The court scenes lack the necessary intrigue to engage the audience fully. Overall, the film falls short of its potential, missing the opportunity to portray a compelling slice-of-life story.
Geetha Bharathi Bhat shines as the film’s standout performer, anchoring the narrative with her natural portrayal. Suman Ranganath's timeless presence adds depth to the cast, while Geetha receives solid support from Sampath Maitreya, Padmaja Rao, Hanumanthe Gowda, Rakesh Maiya, and others.
